Athlete Prep/Recovery Package

  • Each session is designed to achieve the set goals of the athlete; using a variety of stretch and manual therapy techniques, breath work, and other modalities, areas of tension, myofascial adhesions (scar tissue or just knots as most of us call them) or energetic tension (stress, anxiety, etc.) can be addressed and also give you tools to maintain your new found flexibility and improved mobility.

  • By using photos and submitted video, we will identify muscle imbalances by analyzing your posture while standing, walking, and running. This will help to inform your future training as well as your recovery plan.

  • A customized plan to increase your flexibility and mobility that you can do anywhere. You’ll also get specific recommendations on areas that you should focus on during strength training.

  • Suggestions on the importance of proper hydration and nutrition as an athlete, along with a few ideas on how you can improve in those areas.

  • It’s the beginning of all things meant to help you “RECOVER”. You’ll begin a new journey with these 3 simple steps.

    3. Now, BREATHE!

The Process

  • Once you purchase your Prep/Recovery package, you will receive an email within 24 to schedule your intake call/video conference link to fill out our intake and consent forms.

    You’ll also get instructions on how to submit your pictures and videos for analysis.

  • On this call, we will go over your gait and posture analysis, talk about your concerns, and what your future athletic goals are. I’ll also answer any questions you may have.

  • ***PLEASE BE AWARE, ALL SESSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED OVER 5 DAYS. ***

    Times are usually flexible, but the sooner you schedule, the better your chances are of locking in that specific time.
